Description
This is my work, Earth and Air. In it, I let myself be guided by the feeling of the invisible, that part where we keep our feet firmly planted on what gives us security. This is represented by a horse camouflaged among brushstrokes that disappear and reappear, leaving us with this somewhat unreal image. It is the security of the footstep, the path we see, the direction we see marked on the journey of our lives. Above it, the eagle, with its fixed, long, even cruel gaze, king of the air, misses no detail on the earth.
In it, I want to reflect dreams, emotions, illusions, and all that floats above, almost unnoticed, yet always there—that which we only pay attention to if we stop and look. He is there to make us lose that light trot and lift us up, give us wings and make the mistake or the sure daring act of taking flight with a dream, an illusion or a nightmare; his wings melt behind the horse to be just a shadow, smoke that you can use or simply watch as it melts away into the air.
