Welcome to my artistic world!

I’m Maria Jesus Sarabia Garcia, known as Piti in my online world. I’ve discovered my passion for painting. I’m entirely self-taught, letting myself be guided by my impulses, and I love sharing my creations with others. I let my hands create, and that’s why my works range from realism to impressionism and even abstraction.

Influenced by my travels to Africa, I began drawing all kinds of animals and savanna landscapes in charcoal and graphite. From there, I ventured into using colors and was surprised to find myself bringing to life the works I’m presenting now and will continue to present. I’m learning on my own about color combinations, techniques, and materials, as well as different types of paint, from sanguine pencils and charcoal to gouache (which I’m absolutely in love with!), acrylics, and everything I try is fascinating.
