Description
The bridge—in this work, I let myself be carried away and created this image of a solitary, calm suspension bridge, devoid of traffic. In it, I want to reflect on the passage of our days, crossing life in the different directions it prepares us for. I want to reflect the calm and serene vision of how we should approach each day. The imprecise light is the shadow of all that is not precise, but at the same time, that unforeseen uncertainty must be so: a warm and serene light that guides us.
The threads that hold it up represent the influences and paths that intersect, forming part of that journey and sustaining us so we can cross. The silence that surrounds the painting, the lack of noise—of leaves, of wind, of anything hidden behind that diffused light—is the inner support we must give ourselves so as not to stop or be interrupted in our objective. This work brings us calm wherever we place it. The softness of its colour and the peace it evokes make it suitable for any corner where we wish to find peace and serenity, a view from which we are invited to look within ourselves and cross that bridge without fear, interruption, or doubt.
